Analysis of the Housing Ombudsman Service Spotlight on Noise Complaints: Time to be Heard Report
On 24th October 2022, the Housing Ombudsman Service (HOS) published a report called Spotlight on Noise Complaints: time to be heard.
The report drew together the findings and recommendations following a review completed by the HOS, which reviewed over 800 noise-related cases. These conclusions are important and useful, particularly when set against the landscape of changing regulations and incoming tenant satisfaction measures.
They are important for noise-related ASB reports, as well as applicable more generally across ASB cases.
