Our cancellation terms and conditions are as follows:
Cancellations must be in writing email to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be acknowledged by us.
If cancellations are made more than 30 days prior to the event date, we will offer a full refund of the fee (minus any admin or transaction costs).
With less than 30 days notice but more than 10 days we will give a 50% refund (minus any admin or transaction fees)
With less that 10 days notice, the full fee will be charged.
Alternatively, a substitute can be sent in place of the original delegate.
